LettingLead is an online valuation tool designed for estate agents. It helps agents capture landlord and vendor contact details by offering website visitors or Facebook users, a free, instant property valuation in exchange for their contact details. Lead capture is a very important part of an estate agency, but if your leads are all stuck in an app or even a CRM, then it causes a problem for people.
When a lead is going through the sales pipeline and ultimately becomes a real vendor then it becomes a massive problem for estate agents to duplicate over all the information about the lead manually. Instead of this, Tennoc allows users to move their leads from LettingLead, through to Mailchimp, or any other CRM, without doing any manual data entry.

What was the process to get integrated with Tennoc?
Getting LettingLead connected was effortless from my end. All it required from me was to send over the API information I had, then allow them to get everything connected in the background. I gave the Tennoc Team detailed information about what apps our current customers wanted and new connections we were aiming for in the future.
Tennoc will work around any system that the company has in place! In the best case scenario the company will already have some API in place but even if they don’t, it’s no problem.
The Tennoc team met with me to discuss our current API and what our integration plans were for the future. From there we planned out the work involved and discussed deadlines for connections.
How has Tennoc helped you after getting connected?
Once we were connected, I was able to tell many people still on the line that we have added lots of new integrations and this helped me close an impressive number of sales that month. I was also able to promote the new integrations, which brought lots of fresh interest in LettingLead.
What happens when your customer has a problem with a connection?
If I have ever had a problem from a customer regarding an integration, Tennoc have a great support system that lets their customers raise a case and get an answer the same day. They usually resolve the issue within the first 48 hours, which keeps our customers very happy with LettingLead!
Who deals with setting up customers for the connections?
I’m happy to say, Tennoc dealt with all that I didn’t need to do anything technical or outside of my normal responsibilities. The advantage to using Tennoc for my integrations is that i’m personally not a technical person and I can trust the Tennoc team will either set everything up or talk me through how I need to do something.
It’s been a no brainer integrating with Tennoc rather than doing the development work needed to launch 20+ integrations.
